Time Commitment

Ideally, aim to carve out at least one hour per week for therapy. Find a time when you can have privacy, limit distractions, and fully focus on your well-being. Sessions last 50 minutes and when you can spend additional time between sessions reflecting or working with therapy tools the therapy process tends to have greater impact.

Budget for Costs

My rate is $175 for a 45-minute individual session. If this poses a financial challenge, I do offer a sliding scale based on household income to help accommodate you.
